Tow Vehicle Wiring Version 3.2
Vans built from January 2020: Hydraulic Disk Brake System, power supply to 12 pin

AOR’s recommend tow vehicle wiring diagram and 12 pin plug legend, best suited to towing your van if the build date is from January 2020 and has a hydraulic disk brake system.
The power supply for this system must be run to the 12 pin plug/socket as this is now the standard wiring for all vans fitted with this system.
This diagram shows the option for power supply wiring run to the 12 Pin via an ignition switch relay, this option is recommended as it is designed to protect your battery from accidental discharge.

Vans built from January 2020: Suit Electric Drum brake system, ESC power supply to 12 pin

AOR’s recommend tow vehicle wiring diagram with electric drum brakes and Electronic Stability Control system power to 12 pin trailer plug, best suited to towing your van if the build date is from January 2020.
OPTIONAL SETUP: ESC power supply running to the 12 pin plug/socket is an optional set up and must be organised by Sales representative.
This basic diagram shows the option for power supply wiring run to the 12 Pin via an 30A Switch – this switch must be installed with this option as the ESC needs to be isolated when rough terrain 4X4 driving.

Vans built from January 2020: Electric Drum brake system, ESC power supply to RED Anderson plug

AOR’s recommend tow vehicle wiring diagram with Drum brakes and Electronic Stability Control system power to RED Anderson plug, best suited to towing your van if the build date is from January 2020
STANDARD SETUP: The power supply for this system must be run to the RED Anderson plug as this is the standard wiring for all vans fitted with this system.
This basic diagram shows the option for power supply wiring run to the RED Anderson plug via a 30A switch. The switch is optional as the ESC can be isolated by unplugging the Red Anderson, when rough terrain 4×4 driving.

AOR’s recommend tow vehicle wiring diagram and 12 pin plug legend, best suited to towing your van if the build date is from May 2017 and has a hydraulic disk brake system.
The power supply for this system must be run to the 12 pin plug/socket as this is now the standard wiring for all vans fitted with this system.
This diagram shows the option for power supply wiring run to the 12 Pin via an ignition switch relay, this option is recommended as it is designed to protect your battery from accidental discharge.

This diagram shows the REQUESTED OPTION for ESC wiring run to 12 Pin trailer plug/socket.
The option for this ESC wiring will need to be organised by the Sales team before your build.

Suits electric Drum brake system with Electronic Stability Control system fitted as STANDARD to 2 pin Red Anderson plug.
